James draws his experience from his work in high-profile white collar crime defense, tax dispute and tax evasion litigation, workers’ compensation and employment dispute litigation, corporate risk advisory and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

He enjoys brainstorming emerging issues of law in Sports, Telecommunications, Media and Technology.
