Oluwatosin Odebiyi brings nearly a decade of broad and deep experience in various legal fields, including dispute resolution, arbitration, election litigation, oil and gas, white-collar defense, contract negotiation, banking and finance, corporate-commercial advisory, and real estate transactions. He has advised both local and international clients on numerous complex transactions.
As an astute legal practitioner, Oluwatosin has extensive experience interacting, negotiating, representing, and advocating for clients within the hierarchy of courts and tribunals in Nigeria. His approach to handling matters for clients involves initially defining their goals and objectives, and then selecting the strategy best suited to achieve the desired results. His extensive knowledge of arbitration and arbitral proceedings recently earned him an appointment as an arbitral secretary by the Nigerian Branch of CIArb.
